Accountability Institute assists organizations in mainstreaming gender in a globally accepted approach to achieving gender equality and constitutes an essential part of our work. It makes women’s as well as men’s concerns and experiences integral to the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of all policies and programmes. This involves development of a better organizational culture by identifying the existing work culture (where are we as a team); where do we want to go; how will we get there; and what we must focus on now. We guide the team to focus on cultures exhibited by high performance teams, and agreeing on ways of sustaining the desired culture. This programme involves pre-programme surveys – questionnaires &/or interviews – and running personality tests. Programmes have also been designed to integrate different cultures and backgrounds, and are designed to build acceptance, understanding and respect between people working together in the organizations. Change is key to any organization that wishes to succeed in today’s competitive business environment. Typically the objective is to maximize the collective benefits for all people involved in the change and minimize the risk of failure of implementing the change. The discipline of change management deals primarily with the human aspect of change. Need consultancy services? Call us on +254733 663 322, Email: info@accountabilityinstitute.co.ke Contact Us
